Working outside using only the sun’s UV rays, fast-wilting flowers, glass vases and large format paper that I chemically treated, I created a series of cyanotype photograms that give the illusion of still life. I positioned the objects in relation to the shifting sun and guessed at the UV intensity and resulting effects. Each piece creates an imaginary scene, slightly skewed in its perspective, that seems to encapsulate a moment in time.
